Custom Holiday Gifts

Christmas falls on a Friday this year. Here are the dates to plan around so your gifts are ready in time.

For pickup, place your order by noon on Monday, December 21. It will be ready at our shop at 9567 Page Avenue on Wednesday, December 23.

For shipping, place your order by Monday, December 14. That leaves time for us to print your item and for the carrier to deliver it before Christmas.

Our shop is closed Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25. If your order needs a proof or design work, order a few days early so there is time for changes.

Most of our holiday gifts can be ordered as a single piece, so one ornament with one name on it is a perfectly good order. A few items, such as apparel, do have a minimum quantity, and that will be noted on the product. Ordering for a whole family, team or client list? Larger orders are welcome too.

It depends on your order. If you upload your own artwork, crop it yourself and don't ask for any changes, we'll print your item as you submitted it and won't send a proof unless you ask for one.

If your order needs design work, or we need to adjust your artwork so it prints or engraves cleanly, we'll send a proof to your preferred contact method and wait for your approval before we print your item.

Yes. Fill out the quote form at the bottom of this page with what the item is and what it's made of, and we'll let you know whether we can engrave it and what it will cost.

We engrave with a laser, which marks the surface by burning it. It works well on anodized aluminum, stainless steel and wood without a varnish or finish. Other materials and coatings can react in ways we can't predict until we try, so customer-supplied items are engraved at your own risk and we can't be responsible if one is damaged.

Both. Choose pickup at checkout and get it from our shop at 9567 Page Avenue, or have it shipped to you or straight to the person you're gifting.
