  • Printing: Choose single-sided or double-sided printing.
  • Orientation: Horizontal or vertical—we follow the orientation of your supplied artwork.
  • Corners: Standard square corners.

Proofing & Approval

1. Place Your Order

Select your printing options and quantity, complete payment, and upload your artwork or email it to service@mqprinting.com.

2. Proofing & Approval

After payment is received, watch your email for a digital proof. Review all text, contact information, artwork, and layout carefully. If corrections are needed, reply with your changes. We will send an updated proof after every revision, no matter how small.

You must reply with written approval of the final proof before printing begins. We will not print without your written proof approval.

3. Print & Delivery

Once approved, we’ll print your order and prepare it for shipping or pickup, based on your checkout selection.

Turnaround, Pickup & Shipping

Standard turnaround is 3 business days after payment is received. Orders paid at the end of the business day begin processing the following business day. Prompt proof approval is required to keep your order on schedule; delayed approval or additional revisions may affect your completion date.

  • Pickup: After 3:00 p.m. on your scheduled completion date, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Shipping: Shipping transit time is additional to production turnaround.
  • Rush Orders: Need your cards in less than 48 hours? Email service@mqprinting.com before ordering to confirm availability. Rush orders incur an additional fee.

Artwork & Design Help

Have a finished design? Upload your artwork when ordering or email it to service@mqprinting.com. If you email files after placing an online order, include your order number, full name, and the email address used at checkout so we can match your artwork to your purchase.

Need a business card designed from scratch? We can help. Email your logo, the exact wording and contact information you want included, and any colors, styles, or examples you like. Email us at service@mqprinting.com before ordering to discuss your design needs and pricing.

If your artwork includes a QR code, test it before submitting your files and review its destination carefully during proofing.

Looking for something beyond our standard business card? Square cards, other specialty sizes, and alternative paper stocks—including matte options—are available by request. We also offer rounded corners for an additional fee, along with lamination and UV coating on one or both sides.
