Our custom full-color flyers are an affordable, versatile way to promote your business, event, fundraiser, special offer, or community announcement. Perfect for local advertising, informational handouts, and promotional materials, flyers make it easy to get your message noticed.

Available in 8.5" × 11" and 5.5" × 8.5", our flyers are printed on your choice of 60 lb uncoated text paper (a lightweight, everyday matte paper) or 100 lb semi-gloss coated cover cardstock (a thicker, sturdier paper with a subtle sheen). Choose single-sided or double-sided printing, with a full-bleed finish or a standard 0.125" white border on all four edges.

Proofing & Approval

1. Place Your Order

Select your printing options and quantity, complete payment, and upload your artwork or email it to service@mqprinting.com.

2. Proofing & Approval

After payment is received, watch your email for a digital proof. Review all text, contact information, artwork, and layout carefully. If corrections are needed, reply with your changes. We will send an updated proof after every revision, no matter how small.

You must reply with written approval of the final proof before printing begins. We will not print without your written proof approval.

3. Print & Delivery

Once approved, we’ll print your order and prepare it for shipping or pickup, based on your checkout selection.

Turnaround Time:

Standard turnaround is 3 business days after payment is received. Orders paid near the end of the business day begin processing the following business day. Written proof approval is required before printing, and delayed approval may affect your completion date.

Paper, Printing & Bleed:

Our full-color flyers are available in two popular sizes: 8.5" × 11" (standard letter size) and 5.5" × 8.5" (half-sheet). Both sizes can be printed single-sided or double-sided, with your choice of two paper stocks:

  • 60 lb Uncoated Text Paper: A traditional, lightweight, flexible paper with a smooth, matte (non-glossy) finish—think regular printer paper, but a little heavier. Easy to write on with pens, pencils, and markers, making it ideal for everyday flyers, informational handouts, sign-up sheets, forms, and larger quantities. Its flexibility also makes it a great choice for rolling up and securing with rubber bands for door-to-door advertising and neighborhood distribution.

  • 100 lb Semi-Gloss Coated Cover (Cardstock): A thicker, sturdier cardstock with a subtle sheen that helps colors and images stand out. More substantial and less floppy than standard text paper, but still flexible and bendable. Ideal for promotional materials, announcements, and flyers that need a more premium feel. Please note: Writing on coated cardstock can be difficult, and ink may smear or smudge, especially when using markers. If your flyers need to be written on, we recommend choosing 60 lb uncoated text paper.

Bleed & Borders: Flyers can be printed with full bleed, where artwork extends all the way to the finished edges, or without bleed, which includes a standard 0.125" white border around all four sides. To prevent important information from being cut off during trimming, keep all text, logos, and other essential design elements at least 0.125" away from the finished edges of your flyer.
