2. What file formats do you accept for printing?

We accept a wide range of file types to ensure flexibility for customers, including:

  • PDF (Preferred for best quality)

  • PNG / JPG (High resolution)

  • AI / EPS / SVG (Vector files)

  • TIFF / PSD (Image files if layered artwork is needed)

For best results:

  • Use 300 DPI resolution

  • Convert fonts to outlines

  • Keep colors in CMYK format

3. Do you provide design help or make artwork adjustments?

Yes. We offer professional assistance with minor fixes, such as alignment, resizing, bleed adjustments, and resolution improvements. If you need full design services, including layout creation, logo cleanup, or campaign design, we provide those services at an additional fee.
Our team ensures your artwork is print-ready before production begins so your final product looks sharp and professional.

4. How long does printing take?

Turnaround time depends on the product:

  • Copies, color prints, business cards: Often same day or next day

  • Brochures, flyers, postcards: Typically 1–3 business days

  • Banners, yard signs, posters: Usually 1–3 business days

  • Custom apparel: Varies by quantity and design complexity

  • Promo products: Based on supplier production time (usually 3–10 business days)

5. Can you print political campaign materials?

7. What is your refund or reprint policy?

Because our products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are not offered on custom print jobs

  • If an error is made by us, we will reprint the order at no cost

To request a correction, issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Customers must provide photos of any print issues so our team can review.

8. How do I approve my proof before printing?

For most custom items—such as banners, yard signs, brochures, shirts, and political materials—we provide a digital proof.
You must review all spelling, images, layout, and color presentation for accuracy.
Production does not begin until you send written approval.
This ensures your project is printed exactly as intended.

9. Do you offer custom apparel printing?

Yes. We provide high-quality custom T-shirts, hoodies, team apparel, campaign shirts, and uniform printing.
You can submit your own artwork or have our team help you create a professional design.
We offer multiple printing methods depending on the order:

  • Digital print transfers
