5. Turnaround Times & Shipping

We strive to meet promised turnaround times, but delays due to equipment failure, supply chain issues, or force majeure are not guaranteed against. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers and is subject to their terms and schedules.

6. Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final
  We may reprint an order if there is a confirmed error caused by us
  Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of order pickup or delivery

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, or content you provide must be owned by you or you must have permission to use them. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark violations resulting from client-provided materials.

8. Limitation of Liability
